Meg Ciliberto is a Care Manager for MedMatica. As a Care Manager, Meg delivers day to day support and oversight to our consultants. She also partners with our clients and operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to their business with MedMatica, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives. While building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, Meg manages client expectations; issue resolution and overall satisfaction – while also identifying new engagement opportunities. She has over 20 years of healthcare and information technology experience across a variety of roles. Prior to joining the MedMatica family, Meg worked for Cerner, Siemens Healthcare and Shared Medical Systems (SMS) working closely with clients while in account management, global marketing, and business analysis and most recently as a Client Results Executive with Cerner. Spending many years in account management, Meg worked with key reference clients managing expectations, satisfaction, solution utilization and strategic and tactical direction.
Meg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from West Chester University.
